In Spring 2014 the Oxfordshire Gardens Trust (OGT) commissioned Inkwell
to produce a 32-page book about Oxfordshire's Walled Kitchen Gardens.
This publication was the culmination of a year-long volunteer project and
summarised their findings in words and wonderful photographs.
Funded by
the Heritage Lottery Fund and supported by English Heritage, the book was
completed in 4 months and was ready for the launch event in the summer.
Abbots Hill School asked us to create a second school magazine for them in
2013. (Inkwell had produced a celebratory centenary edition in 2012.)
Inkwell followed Abbots Hills branding guidelines and produced a 48-page
magazine that included reports of school activities and results as well as
showcasing pupils creative work.

Jenny Henderson, a local artist and writer, wanted Inkwell to design and print
her latest book about her family farm. As with all four of her books, Jenny
supplied the illustrations and text and gave us a brief on how she wanted it
to look.
She sells her books at exhibitions of her work, by taking stands at local events
and through her own website. Our book delivery deadline was the Moreton Show
and we delivered her books well before the event.

I just wanted to say how wonderful the book, banners and leaflet look - thank you.
Max Askew,
OGT Project Manager
Inkwell really understood our editorial needs which meant they produced a design concept which was engaging and lively.
Alison Cameron,
Marketing, Abbots Hill School
We worked together in a very professional but friendly, relaxed atmosphere and their expert advice and tactful persuasion produced beautifully designed books without compromising my original ideas.
